She has matured quite a bit, but she still thinks she knows more than she does. She is a fan, for the most part.

Not sure. I'm 62 and when I was a young'un it was huge.

It's still prestigious, though I think it is a bit moreso for basketball. I think it is cool that we had some guys on that team, for sure.

Awesomeness!! Congrats!! I have a 12 year old daughter and there has been nothing in my life better than my kids. Being a parent is very tough, but nothing is more rewarding.

Did anybody get this stomach bug illness going around? They have closed schools around here because of it. I've been nauseous for 3 or 4 days now. Just wondering how long it will last. I think we have the seasonal flu and norovirus going around in Tennessee. If you go to any of the basketball games this weekend, wash your hands, apparently the norovirus can't be killed with hand sanitizer.

Schools already closing around Sullivan and Hawkins counties Monday and Tuesday up here.

Yes, it does! My daughter will be 7 in June!! Congrats on your 2nd child. Nothing better than being a parent. Life would be so boring without my girl.

I might be wrong but I think Dearstones son committed suicide a few years ago.
I know you didn't know that.

Didnt know that but I'm not deleting it. However, I feel for Dearstone and his family in that situation.

At least she pays attention to sports. Dearstone was clueless.

She does a great job with practice reports on sports talk during the season.
