Better hope so. They're in the running for 3 5*s from their own state. Good news is 2 other 5*s have already committed elsewhere. I'm thinking Kirby has been making a LOT of promises over this last cycle to sign guys so that may impact future cycles in itself.

Retract scapula before all pressing exercises

Watched a video on doing that and inner and outer rotator cuff before pressing movements.Started about 3 weeks ago and noticed almost immediate improvement in strength and soreness afterwards.

True and it was bc he was promising the new signees they'd be getting looks over the old Dooley guys, right? With Georgia, the talent before Kirby had little/no drop off, so it seems like that could cause some serious locker room probs if he's making those promises to new guys. May be getting some transfers out this off season.

McElwain is making some questionable hires. His DB coach just left so he poached Corey Bell who was just hired by UCF last month. Then, he hires an OL coach from North Texas.
