Idk? I wasnt saying I agree or disagree. Just saying that's what Hyams said. But I think any of the 3 (Hall, Kendrick, Richmond) that played T for us last year could be really good at G.
So, what is with all the new threads? Are all of these threads talking about the same dang thing getting moved over here from the FF?
The RF hasn't been this bad in a long time.

Everyone should be praying for Walt wells to be OL coach. He's a hell of a recruiter and a very good OL coach. He's grown as a coach tremendously since joining TN's staff and I personally like having coaches with OC experience (butch seems to share this belief).
Hoke and Wells will be two big hires for us.
Lol I don't even drink alcohol but why would that annoy you?? Who even cares how someone else drinks their drink?? Smh
Obviously I'm old and don't get out much because that scenario has never happened to me lolBecause they have to tell you about it. It's not the team Koozies but the people that whip out the one they gave away at their wedding. You see them position it so you see they got married on 4/15/12 and then offer a similar **** wedding Koozie to you and tell you "Yeah I like my beer cold when I drink it" Then drink it faster?
Also with that said, it depends on the event.
I love that it came right after a very meaningful post about coaching changes.
I like my military presses using good ol' fashion barbells. Free weights hit so many ancillary muscles.
I only use the Smith for one legged squats and hack squats. Everything else is free weights or cables.
Same, I use a free barbell or dumbbells for military press. I love doing shoulders, I can hit about 205 with the barbell and around 70 with the dumbbells. Like to hit back on the same day too.
Spring breakout player? Attention will be on the QB battle, but for me it will/has to be Darrell Taylor. Need that elite talent on the edge.
I do more suspension training now. I'm about done with explosive lifts. I'm over 30 years old it's over with for me. Lol I just do sprints and speed training but no hardcore cleans or anything. I rarely go over 400 on deadlifts. Lol
My typical week is:
Mon - Chest, Tri, Abs (Heavy)
Tues- Back, Bi, Abs (Heavy)
Wed - Shoulder, Abs (Heavy)
Thurs - Lower body and Abs (Heavy)
Fri - Chest, Tri, Abs (Low weight; High Rep)
Sat - Back, Bi, Abs (Low weight; High Reps)
Sun - Rest
All work outs end with a minimum of 30 mins of cardio
During the warmer months I mix in long runs and sprints for cardio. Been doing that for about the past 13 + years.
Started off at 143lbs and I am 227lbs now, at 5'10".
Yeah well my typical week is
Mon-Sun:
Toss daughter in air then catch her 5-10 reps of until I get tired
Squat to pick up daughter every time I need to pick her up
Sit-up with daughter when she jumps on me while I'm laying down ~50 times a day
And for cardio chase daughter until I puke
