Without injuries we would've beaten both Vandy and SC. There is no reason to believe we'll struggle to beat them next year. We still have elite talent on this roster. Why do we just assume we can't beat LSU? Florida beat LSU with freaking Applebees. We'll have Jarrett Guarantano or Quinten Dormady. Either are vastly superior to Applebee's

Seeing this class I never even got up or down after watching us this year. I'm just ready to see the 2017 team play...... I have zero excitement about this team though. If we tank I won't be surprised. If we run through the East I won't be surprised. It's all on the coaches like it's been for the past two years.

We all feel the same way. We're all disappointed because we missed out on some great players. But we also landed some big time players and there is still a lot of talent on our roster

So the same players we lost to Vandy with this year will handle them next year?. We lose most of our production on offense from last year and our defense loses the most productive defensive lineman we've ever had. Not to mention got toasted bu very bad teams. Missouri set records on our defense and S. Carolina averaged 17 points a game and we allowed them to score more than us. Vandy ran all over us. I'm not saying we will lose but I'm not acting like it's just some cake walk like others... 2-2 against Vandy under butch that's a coin flip.

I need to get some lottery numbers from some of y'all. Since y'all already know some of our players are not going to be any good. How can you tell if someone is not gonna mature into a GOOD starter if they haven't had the chance to play. I will hang up and listen to more of the BS on this site from people who don't know sh*t besides how to bash a kid.

Honestly would not surprise me if we went 11-1 or 7-5

It has nothing to do with this. As I have said previously I think Butch needs somebody to advise him on his press conferences. He would be receiving little to no backlash if he didn't make some of the absurd comments that he makes that we all know arent true

I agree there are some studs in this class. Just don't think we will be elite again signing classes outside the top 10. 20-21 national champions signed multiple top 10 classes in the four years prior to winning it.

The day is almost over, and we're top 15 on all 4 services, yet there so much *****ing here. It could be better, sure. But it's not terrible by any means. There are not many guys that I wouldn't have wanted to keep in the class.

These rankings would be great if we didn't play in the SEC. I am more concerned with the league ranking than national. If we can't even make noise in our own league who cares how we rank in recruiting nationally?

Honest to God, why still get butthurt over what Jones says?

You know damn well what he's going to say, why get upset/annoyed/angered by it?

Maybe the new incoming AD can work with him, but until then, who cares?

It all depends on the QB.... hopefully guarantano is as good as advertised. I have a feeling butch goes with dormady though who in fairness could be good. Just think you have to go with guarantano in a make or break year.

We lost to Vandy because we had no DT's in that game. They just shoved our guys back into our linebackers and DK was playing hurt and wasn't as good after injury as he was before. A combination of DK and Bituli at LB would be really good imo. That's first. We were also limited at safety with the injuries there. Not only that, but Warren should be a huge upgrade over Martinez I think we would all agree. Shoop with a second year as well, he didn't come to UT and forget how to coach. OL will be better also, still have JG, could upgrade at QB potentially, at least in the passing game. Receivers should be really good as well. So I don't see it.

I agree. But one class won't kill us. Plus, as I've said, you can win a lot of games with great QB play and OL/DL play. We have elite talent at those positions
