Kid was walking around outside of the church we were using for a clinic. I saw that orange out of the corner of my eye. I said that's a UT jersey. Some guy in our group said no way. He went outside and snapped a pic when he saw the power T.

The village was known as "the dump". They literally live in the garbage dump. So pitiful.
