I think you are actually referring specifically to Reader, Smurf. Condescending, rude and arrogant are perfect descriptions of his character. In fact, they are probably vast understatements.

I wondered if maybe he would evolve but he has that old mentality. He will fail and we will be seeing a new coach this time next year. He just doesn't learn from his mistakes. At least he'll go out with his staff. And it's not just the fans who are blasting him. Quite a few sports analysts think he is on his way out too.

Tennessee set records against RB week after week
It's guessing but the only QB we have that has game experience is mop up duty. He won't go into the swamp and win.
LSU will reload with talent and have a heisman favorite at RB

Why does this thread even exist? I've read it all then went to sport sites. Haven't seen one word about UT period. Serious question. Speculation and rumors at VN is all I find.

All this really means is that Butch will never relinquish control of the offense or the defense and we will continue to be mediocre in regards to play calling......

I'm aware that we had the most productive scoring offense in Tennessee, but we also lost several games we should have won to inept play calling in crucial situations. Which lands squarely on Butch's shoulders.

You can really even argue the most productive offense point.... bc if that is the case, why did Deboard leave???

That isn't an answer. If you still would fire him, that is cool. I just wanted to know where you are coming from. For me if he wins

5= Reader can pack Butches bags
6= needs to be gone unless there is absolutely no other choice out there.
7= Needs to be gone if there is a sure thing hire to replace him.
8= Depends on how you get here.
9= good job, you get a 2yr extension.
10=good job raise and extension.
11=great job large raise and extension
