I was bored and went to FAU's forum to see what they thought about Kiffin. They're exited, obviously.

They're also bat**** crazy like we are, flight trackers and all. It's not just us boys!

Kamara's injury probably sealed his decision to leave early, and Malone is likely to take his chances, too. Given the circumstances, it's difficult to see either one of them returning. Next man up.

I'm so tired of the phrase next man up after this year

I hope Garrett goes to the Browns. Where he can do the same things he does now - feast on bottom feeders and act injured when he is manhandled. Give me a guy like DB that will flat outwork anybody and never take a play off. With the talented D-lines and sophisticated blitzes in the NFL, the double teams will end on DB. Please, please, please Titans. If he fits your scheme you have to take him.

With P-Cox at CB gone one of the worst secondaries stuck like glue on a good receiving corp of the Broncos. The officials let Thomas shove off and manhandle his defender (Blake) a couple of times or they don't even score. The same officials that called penalties on two pick plays (rubs) on D-Walker costing the Titans points, one of which was clearly not. Point being they need to finish the season to really know who they need in the secondary from the draft. In addition to d-backs, they need a quality burner WR to stretch the D's more. They also need a specialty back/returner. Kamara would be perfect along with Cam pulling double duty at CB and PR. Not that I am partial to Vols being on a Tennessee sports franchise or anything like that.

Fisher should have been let go years ago. Miss the Cards in St. Louis. Could care less about the Rams wherever they are.

Kiffin going to FAU and Conference USA is akin to when Mahlzahn went to Arkansas State and the Sunbelt - take a step or so back and rebuild your career. Kiffin had the previous HC experience, but he had destroyed the value. He has now rebuilt that partially under Saban as Mahlzahn did built his with the NC at Auburn previously. Go build the program, win more than you should, and get hired into a P5 in a couple of years. Meanwhile, Joey Freshwater can give him something to do in his down time (innuendo intended).

I think the lack of interest he received from all the different openings opened his eyes a little and showed that just being an OC wasn't gonna get him a HC job at a place he wanted.

It was on Sirius today, could have been an interview with Bret Mcmurphy, but someone said that this was Kiffins final year with Alabama regardless if he was hired as a HC or not. Said he and Saban agreed that this was his final year long ago.

SIAP, but Charles Harris from Mizzou is going pro. Stringfellow from Ole Miss is going too.

Missouri is going to be solid on offense, but their defense will be wretched.

Ole Miss may be the worst team in the SEC next year. Marquis Haynes is likely to leave as well.

Lowell Narcisse (4* '17 LA QB) decommitted from LSU today. LSU is still in the game, He's also interested in Auburn and Memphis. Unless he is bound and determined to only play for a team called the Tigers next year we need to be all over him.

Wouldn't think he would go to Auburn since they just got Stidham

crazy how fast things change. Complete opposite for Mizzou, and OM was a top 10 team a year or 2 ago

I get the feeling Kiffin didn't really want this job. Saban refused to let him go to LSU though. He prob has nudey pics of Kiffin banging interns or something lol

Anybody going to see the basketVols in Nashville Sunday? I looked today and they still have tons of tickets left. I thought I might have Christmas stuff to do but I probably won't.

Anyone know what's going on with the position vacated by Spognardi? Are they waiting to hire an AD first?
