What I said still holds true. There is no way in hell he should have handcuffed himself like that against Appy, North Texas and Ohio. The offensive doldrums against Appy and Ohio had a lot to do with the negative perception that took hold.

That's not on debo if I was guessing. That's a head coach problem.

What OC doesn't want to put up yards/points?

I am including both. Just Saying what is more important not just gains of strength.

Gotcha.

I'd say both are very important.

Summer months do a lot for a football team. Or any team for that matter. Weight lifting. Very hard conditioning. Team building etc.. probably more important overall.

If he does I predict we regret that we didn't appreciate him more.

DeBord was handcuffed this year with poor and inexperienced line play because of multiple injuries. Started year with Hall out and Thomas probably should not have been playing early on.
At Bama he was just trying to escape without getting Dobbs killed.
He is not perfect but offense and playing calling were not our problem this year.

Agreed. Going without a head guy during either period is malpractice

I am not sure who made the decision for Thomas while being injured to start and sit J Jones.
If Thomas and Wiesman are healthy they should start at Center and right guard, but with Thomas injured Jones should have started against Appy State.
IMO this caused us to nearly get beat by Appy State.

Looking more and more like this is the truth imo

yeah he did..... I don't care what you say, it still pisses me off thinking about the fact he literally walked off the field and wouldn't come back in, leaving his fellow players and position group to fend for themselves when their backs were against the wall and were losing a pivotal game... that is just weak, self-absorbed shi$....
dang, now I'm all riled up again, thanks....
