It is not fun to watch even when winning. Only way I change my mind is if he comes out and says what he has screw up and fire some coaches immediately then make some good hires.

And he won't do that. I am afraid we will have one more year but I just can't see it getting any better. I can hope but just don't understand how he did not kick the FG on 4th down.

It would make it almost impossible to lure away quality assistants from other programs with a lame duck coach. If he believes he needs to upgrade his staff. 😕

Yes. It could affect staffing and recruiting, some players could transfer and morale will suffer. If he wants out, it would be far better to work something out and cut our losses. Surely we learned our lesson from the Dooley debacle.

I think it's too late. He's hung on to subpar coaches way to long and hired DeBord which I predicted at the time was a death sentence. He won't be able to hire quality assistants with him being on the hot seat. . We are witnessing the beginning of the end. Imo.
