He also fumbled once and then botched the last play after a timeout. Fournette doesn't do either of those things.

betting lines are updated for injuries for a reason. The playoff committee factors in injuries for a reason. Injuries matter.

Why is this such a hard concept to accept for folks?

The SCAR loss. That's what is unacceptable to most. That loss kept the Vols out of ATL. There were several like it last year that kept the Vols out of ATL. It's not an anomaly.

That would be hilarious. But at the same time that would mean we would play in one of the lowest bowls for the sec even at 9-3

We are at 24 in the coaches poll. It is still a joke. Go look at some of the teams ranked in front of us. Even with our atrocious defense, we would annihilate some of those teams. A 8-3 Wash St is better than us? Lol! there are teams ranked ahead of us that have much worse losses than ours to USCe.

UF will jump us, but UT should still be the third SEC team in the playoff poll. Bet aTm moves up and LSU drops out.

Looking ahead to next year we should be favored to win the east again. We should return everyone on offense minus Dobbs and Kamara, granted that's a big loss, but the majority esp lineman comes back with tons more experience, more S&C, and better depth.

Defense will be hurt the most with Barnett, Vereen, and Sutton leaving. I don't count JRM cause he didn't play this year anyways. DOB missed half the year and even Sutton missed half the year so we can and did play without them. Our top competition next year will be GA and SC I believe. Florida loses way too much off muschamps defensive recruits they could have to replace all 11.

Screw Carolina, they are dog**** and it's embarrassing that we lost to them. Uga will be tough, gotta play bama again and florida at their place will be tough. LSU, we could already have 4 losses on the schedule unless major improvement is made across the board and this off-season

I think UF will be the preseason pick to win the East next year. UGA could be #2 because of Eason. UT will lose key talent and will be starting a new QB, so I can see the pollsters questioning the Vols.

Believe what you will Chump actually has a qb something he never had at FL. They're young and he will always field a good def team. This year I agree they are garbage but next year they will be a tough team not to mention Chump has Butch's number.

I'm not buying Florida for next year they have not recruited well especially on defense and we have broken the streak. Even at their place I believe we should win that. LSU will be in transition and will also lose a lot and no qb but the difference in them in Florida is they have recruited well to be able to replace who leaves every year.

I think it will be ut, GA, FL, sc in preseason.
