For all of you people yelling at Bob Shoop, clearly this was not happening earlier this year. Say what you want about slow starts, but offenses did not do this to us until injuries starting piling up. Even aTm didn't do this to us. Shoop was shutting teams down with great adjustments. Obviously the only difference between today and the Florida game are the amount of injuries that we have

We were playing Latroy Lewis at tackle. There is no way you can grade him right now.

We're playing defensive ends at defensive tackle, true freshman everywhere, cam Sutton no where near pre-injury form. When he had all his horses, it was obvious he was elite. I've never seen a d-coordinator make adjustments so effectively when he had his guys. I've got a lot of issues with this team and Bob Shoop ain't one of them.

Shop gets a pass this year from me due to the all the injuries.

Give him a fully healthy D to work with all year on top of his pick of assistants on D to work with all off season.

Next year is the defining year for Butch and Shoop.

Run defense has been suspect all year. A&M had almost 600 yards and even App St had 185 rushing with line dominance at times. It has been slow starts and poor run defense a lot this year.

ohhhh Bruin has spoken. Shoop want be able to sleep tonight since Bruin has laid down 4 games or your out law. Wouldn't you guys love to see Bruin go tell Shoop this ?

Let's play this out. If the first 4 weeks next year look like the last two weeks, Bama, A&M what would you be posting?

Slow starts yes, but nobody ran on us like this until the injuries. What did app state do in the 2nd half? Florida? Ga? What did VT do after the first quarter? Nothing, that's what. Even aTm did most of their damage early and off of short fields due to turnovers on offense. Nobody was doing this to us until we got injured and that's a fact
