MSNBC pundit complaining about dividing classes instead of making everyone feel like we're all working together.

Ironic to hear that from MSNBC.

Ironic to hear that from MSNBC.

Uh. Have they not paid attention to the last 8 years and the rhetoric coming out of their dear leaders mouth?

It's been fun and very informing posting on here tonight. This is a bigger surprise to me than the second half of Florida. Thanks to everyone for helping me keep up and letting me post my crappy opinions.

Anyone flipped over to MSNBC? What is the status of Rachel Maddow?
Mostly laid back. Moments of small frustration. MSNBC panel overall admitting it doesn't look good for her but they're not in meltdown mode.

Chris Mathews seems to enjoy the chaos.

Yep, a true popular vote would energize lots of people disenfranchised by solid color states. This is true for people who don't care to vote because their chosen candidate will take their state by a large margin anyway too.

What it would do is give cities even more influence than they have now. At least the rural states have a little more clout than they would if it was just a straight count by population against states like PA and MI.

If and when a state like GA goes D, it will simply be because metro Atlanta overwhelmed the rest of the state.
