All things that you really can't disagree with. But his accomplishments even now far exceed what Dooley did. Not even close.

I think a lot of the Dooley talk is in reference to how well coached the team looked last night, which is totally warranted.

It doesn't matter who the the next OC is. Butch will not allow them to change the offensive philosophy. That's always been the problem. The man is too damn stubborn.

I'm barely catching up on all rumors but there is 0% chance we fire Butch this offseason. Why?

1. Don't have a new AD until next calendar year

2. LSU

3. Potential openings at USC, Oregon, Texas, and Notre Dame.

Are we all having the same nightmare? I mean my gosh- we finally beat Florida and Georgia in spectacular comebacks for the ages, our coach on his knee sobbing, players lifting up Jennings on their shoulders after catching a Hail Mary that we will remember years from now- and now a few weeks later we are now having THIS discussion??!!! Players quitting, not even caring about a very important game that has implications for our division championship, etc. This is absolutely unbelievable and honestly worse than the Kentucky loss under Dooley. We have 4 games left and could lose them all. What a damn mess. Life as a die hard Vol fan is not for the faint of heart.

I can totally believe the Hurd drama, but why in the world would Kongbo leave when he will probably be starting now that Tuttle is out...??

Jesus. This place is so extreme in its reactions.

I'm out until the some semblance of perspective returns here. If that's later this week, awesome. If that's next year, so be it.

I just want an OC who adjusts his scheme to fit his players so that they are put in the best position to win.

Is that too much to ask for? Lol

While the offense is a problem the inability to develop Dobbs or have an adequate other options is big as well. Losing competition in Ferguson hurt imo
