truth.....and we have 1 scholarship DT. We have a trash secondary. I mean its pathetic how bad our DBs are. And we have one of the worst offensive staffs in CFB. Thats not debatable.

Precisely! Hart is not going to even think about a change with those two changes about to happen. More than likely, Butch will get at least two years under the new administration unless he completely looses the team and entire fan base.

With the turn around BJ has done on the program, its my opinion that it's premature to make a change anyway. The one caveat to that would be if Peyton were willing to come, but he has stated he doesn't want to be head coach and I don't think he wants to be part of supplanting the current staff.

There isn't that many great coaches out there. Everyone yells fire Butch, but look at Georgia with their five stars and Kirby. McElwain isn't blowing anyone's hair back, either. Ole Miss is going to be pretty crappy when the NCAA is watching every move they make.

I don't know what to do. I don't think the defense is better than last year, and Debord isn't great, but then everyone says Butch won't let him do anything--plus the players have to play well. So many penalties. (and honestly, the refs seemed to call every hold there was on us, but they were riding Barnett like a pony out there)

I wouldn't doubt if this damn team drops the Kentucky game too and somehow with Florida maybe losing, Kentucky ends up going to the damn championship game. They are the hot team right now in the east and we are falling off the cliff. That game and Vanderbilt should make everyone nervous. This is quickly feeling like 2005 all over again.

i think if our job was open you'd be surprised at some of the ppl interested. Not everyone waste talent like this staff. They dont trust 75% of their players, then they get stuck having to play them and now have no idea how to coach them up. Its so easy to see whats going on.

Offensive coordinator? But Butch would never do it. He would be afraid he'd be Fulmerized.

The defensive game plan and adjustments are NOT the problem at all.

Shoop has been as advertised.
The offense is basically worst in the NCAA in turnovers and our defense keeps us in games

Tenn is hard recruiting (Tenn HS football has improved, but not to the level needed for folks calling for firings and hirings). Need "contributors" to help out with higher ranked 🌟s

It is for me. The only way that I will have any confidence that Butch might be the guy still is if he cans his entire offensive staff, except Gillespie, makes a big hire for OC, let's that guy hire his assistants with gillespie as RB coach, and let the guy run his offense. Butch needs to be the CEO of this program, but he needs to trash his offense yesterday.

If he's unwilling to do this, then it's time for him to move on IMO...it pains me to say that, because I love everything he stands for, and I'm appreciative of what he has done to turn this program around.

You know my views on Debord. I like Gillespie too. Jury is still out on Scott or me. Mahoney never should have been brought here.
