Recruiting Forum Off-Topic Thread II

There's actually a moderate place where we could meet. Where people can discuss with reason and mutual love for our Vols instead of showing up in prospect threads to throw out a disparaging "3 star U" everytime. Or trying to say as though it is fact that we have no shot at landing a certain prospect. Or bemoan daily our coaches and their real or perceived lack of effectiveness. Is it worth discussion? Sure. This is a message board after all. And it can be discussed rationally. It just sometimes gets old when seemingly every single post from some posters is negative. When there are actually some positive things going on in our program for a change.
The more people complain the more I will fit the narrative and troll

Don't you know that BO91 and Vols30 are the only ones who are allowed to have opinions? Having a positive outlook on the program means that you have become a sheep so in order to avoid that they don't see the positive. If us positive posters wear orange tinted glasses, those two, and a handful of others, wear those new fancy VR goggles with a dumpster fire program playing on a loop. They are miserable and want the rest of us to be miserable too. I refuse. I acknowledge that there are areas that need to improve for UT to compete at the highest levels but I also see that CBJ has greatly improved our position during his tenure. For that he and whomever he chooses to coach alongside him have my gratitude and support. I will also not judge their recruiting classes until February when they dust off the fax machine for it's annual usage. I would much rather wear orange tinted glasses and enjoy a positive outlook on life and our Vols than to be the miserable wretches that they seem to be. Go Vols. :matrix:

Haha. Again I'm a simple moran. No idea what this means. I even googled it.

Are you saying you work for the Canadian Society for Biomechanics?

He does that and acts like everyone understands him.

(I think he is a millennial so try not to hurt his feelings. He's sensitive.)

Samesies 100 100. Lol people complain about millennials. What are our players? I'll wait.

Not all young folks are the same and the term millennial, while many apply it to a generation, is reserved for those of a particular mindset.

But it is in fact a generation. Hold this L. Read a book sometime. Sorry you're so angry a generation of younger people are the most educated group our country has ever had.
