I get angry either way, so I may as well remain positive and enjoy myself for a while instead of slowly stewing in impending doom. That's a 17 pt. win. The Vols storm back from 21-17 down in the first half. Hurd, Dobbs and Kamara all have rushing TDs. Byrd and Jennings get into the end-zone as wall. Medley gets one from 39. Lots of wailing and gnashing of teeth when the Vols fall behind. VN erupts torching DeBord. After the game in retrospect though many will not let it go, the cognoscenti see that DeBord has played it brilliantly. Vol D pitches a shut out after the half-time break.

Not directed at you, but What do you expect them to say? "Yeah he looked pretty banged up and it doesn't look like he can help us this weekend"

Is Franks a threat to run? If so think we see a two quarterback system this week. Why else close practice?

Everything I have read and from speaking with a Gator friend, Trask would likely see the field before Franks.

Sounds as if Trask is an interesting story/path to UF. Some of the Gator posters know better, but apparently he did not even start on his high school team due to playing behind a top DT-QB. Rumors are he looks a lot better in practice than Franks.

Something not mentioned. Its suppose to be 92 and humid saturday right? And we are wearing dark colors....heat be a factor against us?

Man do we need a quick start in this game. It's one thing to fall behind against a team like Va Tech or Georgia last year, but this Florida team is praying that we have to resort to throwing our way out of a hole.

If either team can get a big early lead, it's going to be extremely challenging to come back from considering the limited passing attacks on both sides. I think both teams will want to come out and run-run-RUN to keep their defense fresh and minimize the effect that these pass rushers for both teams can make. Here's to hoping the Vols come out ready to dominate from the start! GBO!

Virginia Tech has a better offense than Florida and they weren't getting first downs after the first quarter. It wasn't all fumbles they were getting shut down through all of the extra.

Versus Ohio team was drained due to injuries to top players and we ran a total of about 4-5 defenses. Very very bland overall. And that Ohio WR is better than Callaway too. Go watch that 6'3 BIG receiver. He's much better than Callaway as a receiver. IMO

Hopefully on offense we slow it down a little bit and let the defense stay off the field for more than 1:45 seconds.
I get hurry up to the line of scrimmage but the defense is playing way too much. Got to help them out a little bit .

I got Florida winning simply bc the offensive staff doesn't let our guys play and never put them in position to make the most of their abilities.

I got Shoop winning it for us. And Abernathy has been the man killing slot WRs lately so I doubt the Powell matchup happens. I think our D-line will be too much for the Gators personally. Appleby is also crazy with the football. He will stare a WR down to the ground.

Can UT win on Saturday? Absolutely. But I'm concerned that this team (and staff) hasn't shown the mental fortitude that's needed to overcome adversity.

Yeah it will. If he lines up trips, motions out the backfield. There are a plethora of ways to create mismatches, WE JUST DONT DO IT 😂 SMH

My guess is that if he was not moving around well or there were issues, then they would not have said anything.
