The Official 2nd Amendment Appreciation Thread

No. Lol
I've completely gone over to the AR platform. I still have my m14's, but they will only be brought out occasionally.
I've beat the hell out of the colt on top in the rack and it works flawlessly.

There has been a tremendous change in thinking around here, if you catch my drift....

The price of .308 is completely insane.

I posted it just for the temptation factor lol

I'm still working on a can of Lake City from some years ago. Good stuff.

If anyone's looking for 22 Cabelas has Winchester M22 800 packs for $54 limit 5
Winchester white box 333 for $20 limit 2
Federal 325 box for $22 limit 5

That's over 6k rounds in one buy for under 7 cents a round.

Picked this pretty little lady up today. Named her "Lizzy", she joins her new sister, "Aileen".

Hey guys I have a question. What is the self life of Russian military surplus 7.62x39 ammo? Or any type of ammunition for that matter?

Storage condition is the main concern. Cool dry storage and it'll last a long time. GI ammo cans with good seals will keep it stable. I saw a post recently where a guy in LA had to leave ammo behind in GI cans during the floods. 3 days under 2 feet of water and it all stayed dry.

Thanks. That's exactly where I've been keeping it. I just wasn't sure how long I can keep it stored. Would hate to need it one day and not go bang
