Tebow's opinion of Dobbs

I thought he was talking about what would Tenn be like if Fla wins 12 in a row? I'm probably wrong but there was several of the analysts talking at the same time and didn't hear him say, he actually picked them to win.

He did pick Tennessee to win the East at the end of their segment.. I'm sure it will replay, going to listen more carefully.

Maybe. I only read the article and I thought it said he picked Florida. Either way, Vols win and a new streak begins and our win streak will be at 10 and counting.

Baseball player?

More like washed up loser.

Pretty sure I can safely bet his lifetime accomplishments are bigger then yours and so is his bank account. All reports are he is a good dude. Can these things be said about you? If he is a washed up loser what's that make you?

Holy smokes people. I don't know how many of you actually read the article but he didn't put down Tennessee in any way. He picked Tennessee to win the east. Also said with better QB play we would have been undefeated last year which he is not really wrong. The streak has made some of you consume a high ammount of sour grapes.
As for his career, he isn't hurting like some of you make it sound. Any gator fan looking troll here would have plenty of effective ammunition with the off the wall comments some are making.

The NFL? Great college QB but an NFL bust.

So! What does that have to do with what he did in college? 4-0 vs UT, 3-0 as a starter with 2 beat downs.

If it makes you feel better so be it. But there have been several UT QBs that we hold in high regard that accomplished a lot less in the NFL.

He makes some good points. If any doubt creeps in vs UF it could turn out like the last 2 games.

I don't know why Tebow gets under so many fans' skin. He was an incredible college QB. What he did or didn't do in the pros is irrelevant. Hell, we still hold Heath & Tee (for most people) in high regard and their pro careers weren't exactly stellar.

UT has got to learn to keep the foot on the gas. As Tebow mentioned, vs Bama in the 4th we marched down the field and scored....but UT was trailing at the time. Play more like that!
Yeah I agree with you. Tebow does what he gets paid to do on the network and people freak out, get offended, and sound like middle schoolers. Actually it's quite funny. I say we keep our mouths shut and hope we play up to our potential. Then show class when we do.

What the hell does that have to do with his comments about Dobbs? I'm just saying he was an NFL bust and isn't exactly the best person to take QB advice from. If it makes you feel better talking about how he beat Tennesee those last several years then go ahead. I literally don't care. We don't have to bow down to him like he's a God or something like you do.

May I say in a friendly sort of way...I believe you literally do care .... A little at least.

He was an incredible college football player and has more knowledge and credibility about what it takes to win in the SEC than this entire board combined... exception made for VFL34!

Since this is a UT football forum (not an NFL forum) his accomplishments in the NFL are not important.

If Heath Shuler made similar comments would you rip him for being a bust in the NFL? I doubt it.
