It's really ridiculous some of the comments & posts that I read on here. Most people wouldn't last a week on other forums because of their actions & comments.

I'm tired of people jumping on me buddy for every single post I make. You'd lose your cool a little too. I get on here & help these forums every single day by posting stuff I know & keep a recruiting thread up-to-date daily & I'm not going to be run over. Others may allow it but not me.

I'm really an easy going person but enough crap is enough. Nobody would set back & keep on get pounded by post after post & just let it go. That's what is wrong with this place. People are on here to put others down. Well, not only am I not going to take it, I'm not going to allow others to get treated this way anymore either.

I've never seen such awful posts in my life that people on here comments to other people. It's not right & Freak should do more about this than what he does in my opinion. Thanks!

VN is sort of the Wild West of Vol fan forums. The Marshal and his deputies struggle to maintain minimum law and order, lots of shootouts and fisticuffs, but it's a unique experience regardless. Don't take comments too personal, tonybologna. You're a part of our colorful tapestry here. like the Stranger says in The Big Lebowski, "I like yer style, Dude." :)

That's what makes it so fantastic. I love VN, been here awhile because of the crazies and interesting folks. From Lord Vader to Sab to the Montana pards. Keeps me sane during down time at work

I agree there's nothing wrong with having fun on VN. I like to joke around myself. However, there's too many posts where people personally attack other members. There should be penalties for that.

Talking about someone or their family personally is totally wrong. I don't care what forum it is called & subject matter is for. I'm a Christian man & that's what upsets me so much about this. We are supposed to all love each other even though most of us don't personally know each other.

Some of the comments I've seen posted has actually made me cry posted towards other people. It's not the way God intended us to live.

Like I said, kidding & joking is a different story but flat out brutally personally attacking ANY member is wrong & that poster should be temporarily banned or something to send a message it's not going to be allowed. Thanks!

That's not PC. That statment is NEVER said about a white player. It's directed at black players because usually someone makes an assumption based on appearance before words are spoken. Then that person is pleasantly suprised when their assumption is wrong. That's simply a hurtful thought process and statement to alot of black people and whether you like it or not, their feelings about it are valid. Anyway, I didnt say he was making a racist statement. I just asked the question, and ill admit that I probably could have posed it differently.

I know you fail to realize it but the sharks smell blood in the water. Its just a good old fashioned ribbing buddy. Get that skin thickened up and you will be just fine.

Agreed. Unfortunately we're headed in the wrong direction on the "PC" front...
