In my opinion, Coleman won't be as near as good of a RB than Chandler. Chandler has more tools & skills.

Congrats Vols! While I don't like the fact UT got such a great player, I read his comments and that is what college football means to me.

The kid wants to represent his home state, where he's from, who he is. He didn't say he choose UT bc Hurd and Kamara will be gone and he will get early PT. He's a Tennessee kid that wants to rep Tennessee. I not only respect it but applaud it. I'll be rooting for him except when he plays us.

Not to mention Crosby was at the top of our DT list as a 4 (just 8 months ago)
and Labruzza, Henderson and Fant are prized recruits we never would have heard the end about had they not stuck with UT.

You said don't forget about Coleman. That could be read in many ways dude. It could be read you're thinking Coleman could end up being better than Chandler or just simply that Coleman will be just as good of a player as him.

My bad guys. I could have sworn he said people are forgetting about Coleman & not what he actually did post & you have quoted above. I was reading another thread around the same time so I must have got them mixed up on the wording. Sorry about that again guys. I have the balls to apologize when I'm wrong or make a mistake. Top speed seems to be what Coleman is lacking and why I hope we replace him with Akers.

You can bet that Butch is breathing a sigh of relief today. I know that most expected Eze to go to Memphis but losing another in-state guy would have looked bad for Butch.

Getting Chandler to commit today was the best thing that could have happened!

IMO 2 aren't going anywhere. QB and K are safe. The LBs? We'll see.

Those would be fine. It's going to come down to which position Butch feels is the safest to allow players to leave. What you posted I don't see a problem with. It's going to be 3-5 players total let go & hopefully we can get Trey Smith like you said.
