I am fully aware that I am completely getting ahead of myself or at least not taking one game at a time...

If we beat Bama in October, it is quite possible we play them again in the Championship...

Let's say we win each game by a point, could we face them again in the playoffs?

I would absolutely love to beat Bama 3 times in a year...

I know, I know, not likely, but still would love it.

There is a thread on this already but basically it goes like this.

If we beat them twice they won't make it to the playoffs.

If we split the first meeting and the sec championship then it's possible we both make it in if that is each teams only loss.

The iceing on the cake after beating Bama for the 3rd time, then we beat Florida for the 2nd time in Tampa. It is possible. How great can #120 be?

There are people that have been around a lot of football that have indicated Bama this season will not be quite as strong as recent teams they've put on the field. It very well could be if we take them in October they don't make the SECCG.

Them not making it to the SECCG is a real possibility. I would be ok with beating them just once and then putting a beat down on LSU.

Ole Miss has beaten Bama two years in a row. It ain't all luck when you do that as SEC officiating tends to ensure luck smiles favorably on The Tide to even any actual luck out.

leave the caps in the box when you refer to bama......they are not worthy of the effort it takes to hit the SHIFT key.

When you're through playing paper champions, much better chance Bama extends to 11-0 with Jimmie's and Joe's.

Honest question - Why on earth do you hang out here? You are a fan of the most dominant college football program from the last decade, and yet you feel compelled to routinely show up on a Vol message board, a team your guys have beaten 10 straight. I don't get it, its pathetic really.

If Alabama loses to TN in regular season and in sec championship, they wont be in playoffs.

I was listening to Finebaum yesterday, and I rarely listen to him because his voice is annoying, but the people who called in truly believe that Bama will never be beaten. They think that everything is Bama only and anything that happens in a negative light isn't on Bama. I couldn't believe it. My reply to anyone from Bama. Streaks end my friend. No one stays on top forever. I hope it's our time this year. And that the recruiting keeps up. Then I would listen to Finebaum just to hear the screams as the train runs off the cliff. lol Go Vols! Team 120! #Volnation
