Tabor the Mouth -- At It Again

Last I checked class doesn't win on the field. Aggression does.

And right now Jim McElwain shows me he has the agression to win. While Butch Jones looks like a wimp.

Lets hope McElwain never learns how to recruit. Because if he gets actual talent to work with, we'll definitely never beat Florida.

What does running your mouth on social media have to do with aggression on the field?

Geez.

Why? There's really nothing our players can say until they beat the gators.

And no, all it shows Butch has class.

They can say what Kongbo said earlier this year. Come September 24 we'll destroy you.

Class means nothing in sports. The more aggressive person usually wins. And right now McElwain shows me he has the aggression to win.

Butch on the other hand looks like a wimp. And has extended his wimp behavior to the players. See what's happened to Kongbo since he stepped on campus.

It does look weak. It looks like he's scared. He's scared to actually take on the bully eventhough he's the bigger stronger guy now.

Its quite pathetic.

If McElwain beats him again this year it'll show me this guy lacks the toughness to coach big time football.

Lol, says everything I need to know about you. Like class, you are very much a stranger to toughness.

What could our players possibly say that would get in the heads of the gator players? That's the point of trash talk, right? WE HAVE LOST TO THEM 11 YEARS IN A ROW! They'd just laugh at us and use it to their advantage.

They could say what Kongbo said.

Plenty of teams talk smack even if they're the ones that lost the last matchup.

Then go jump on the gator bandwagon. Dobbs is gone after this year, CBJ will be here for much longer. Why not just leave now?

Before Super Bowl I it was the Chiefs' Fred " The Hammer" Williamson doing all the talking. When it was over the Packers' Donnie Anderson ran the Packer sweep, put him on his back and they carried him off. That's all the talking we need. I know. I was in the LA Coliseum that day.

As a young Packer fan, I loved it. Now, as a Vol fan, I really need another fix like that.

Geez.

It shows me someone who isn't afraid to raise the stakes on his upcoming performance. Tabor and McElwain have no problem building this matchup up. And no problem saying we're gonna win.

Butch on the other hand is scared to even say we're gonna win any games. And has extended this wimpish behavior to his team with how they skirt around any question dealing with Florida or expectations.

Its pathetic.

If it wasn't for the overwhelming talent of our players I would already have bet a ton off money on Florida to win this year. McElwain has the mindgame already won vs Butch Jones.

I'm no gator fan. But if we lose to Florida again I'll definitely jump off the Tennessee bandwagon until Butch Jones is gone.

The guy has no choice but to win September 24. Anything less and it's over for him in Knoxville.

Tabor and McElwain are doing what's called 'whistling thru the graveyard'. Basically, Tabor is worried about this game - whether he admits it or not. He's attempting to get into the heads of our players to gain whatever psychological advantage there is to gain.

Good teams do not do this. They don't have to. The only validation needed happens on the field. When's the last time you heard Bama players calling anyone out in the media or on Twitter???

And that is absolutely pathetic. I will be a fan of UT for the rest of my life, regardless of what happens on 9-24-16.

Nope. No matter how tempting you make seeing the Gators win, I just can't pull against Tennessee.
How about if we win you jump off anyway?

As I recall, prior to last year's game, CBJ wouldn't even publicly address the matchup as a rivalry.

Anyone predicting this to be a blow-out or easy win, it's just baseless. This Team had better get prepared for 60 minutes (and if indeed it becomes running it down Tabor's throat early on, then keep it up for the entire entire 60).

We're 12 point favorites right now according to Vegas. We have the more talented team. And now thanks to Tabor endless bulletin board material.

If we don't blow this team out September 24, I'll question the manhood of these coaches and players. You're way better than Florida. You better prove it on the field. Not whimper to a lucky close victory.

Look, tied after 3 1/2 qts of gut-wrenching play, we might score a td on a 8 minute drive in the 4th qtr with a missed extra point, then recover a fumble for a TD on the ensuing kickoff + missed FG to win by 12 with 0 on the clock, and the game won't be a blow-out (for various other reasons). It might become one, but given the recent 11 years' body of work, there's simply no real evidence to suppose this will be a blow-out.

Well the Gators have lost 6 in a row to Alabama and currently have lost 3 in a row to both LSU and Florida St. And currently they are on a 3 game losing streak!! And they get to lose to Tennessee in Knoxville this year!! The Gators should know what its like to lose!!

He is a little kid. He's a little kid who runs his mouth like a big boy on the internet and clams up in person. Were it otherwise, life experience would have taught him differently. Either that, or he's simply "the common clay of the new west...you know, morons."

Trash talking in July is not JRM's style, he saves his trash talking for during the game. Cam dont trash talk, he has bigger fish to fry. Trash talking is beneath JD, they didn't waste his time asking him about talking.
