Obama still has not called the Florida Governor

Exactly. It's just funny to watch his haters pile on for something as ridiculous as a phone call.

I think the bold is related to the OP. While the phone call wouldn't changing anything it just further cements his ineptness as a leader.

Nope. Uh oh, is this another one of those threads where you're going to tell me what I meant to say based on baseless assumptions?
Well you seem offended that your boy has been referred to as the Divider in Chief. I just want to understand where you are coming from.

Offended? Where did you get that? I simply asked if he was a Trump supporter. Quite frankly, I don't think I could draw you a map without you misinterpreting or inserting what you want to belive I meant.

Honestly man, you seem to have a hard time sticking to what is actually being said without making arguments against things that aren't. Try harder.

Whatever. The outrage is often feigned by both sides. A thread about a perceived slight by our sniveling governor is the least of our problems.

As to your other post, I brought up trump and division because if you think Obama is bad you are in for a treat.

He may very well be.

But to this point no one has done a better job than the current guy at driving wedges between groups.

Trump has his work cut out for him if he gets the chance.

Try to pay attention. I'm not making excuses, nor am I defending. I just believe this is a ridiculous side show of make believe outrage by people who hate him anyway.

Pointing at this and screeching "see!" is laughable.

But again, don't ever let a good crisis go to waste. Right?

sounds like manufactured outrage on your part about this.

Wait... so you're taking issue with people bringing up the fact that Obama has been divisive, but then admit in your statement above that you did the exact same thing regarding Trump?

Hypocrite much?

Don't act like anything the POTUS does or doesn't do would ever get you to give him a nod.

When you constantly whine, no one feels sorry for you when you're genuinely hurt.

It's not about me.

Looks like I need to get some crayons and construction paper out and start drawing you guys simple, easily interpreted pictures.

Where, specifically, did I take issue?

I absolutely think Obama is divisive.

You guys really, really need to stop making arguments against things I haven't said or even implied. I'm starting to get embarrassed for you guys.

you've made more comments about it than Scott has

if it wasn't a big deal to why not let it be?

Wasn't it Scott who felt the need to trot this out on Fox? Partisan pandering during a tragedy? In the other thread, we're repulsed and aghast when some people do it. Is it only OK to shine that light when it's a liberal?

Perhaps we should have established rules up front.

I already said Scott was being political. No double standard there.

The call should have been made.

I'm trying to understand why someone pointing out the call should have been made draws such criticism from you.

Should the POTUS be a leader who can step forward in trying times and strive to give comfort to those who are grieving or should he hold a press conference to whine and complain about the percentage of the population who happen to disagree with his policies?

You practically started the whole divisiveness discussion from your first post (and the 2nd itt) by defending Obama and yet calling Scott an a-hole. Plus, you're responsible for over 30% of the posts in this thread so far.

I can only imagine how many more posts you might have... thank goodness you didn't take issue with anything.

Partisan pandering during a crisis? Did you just miss that farce of a press conference Obama did where he blasted everyone but terrorists? Miss the partisan tactics in Congress yesterday when the Democrats went after Paul Ryan after the moment of silence? Have you not seen the pandering nonsense going on with those who couldn't wait to toss out gun control legislation before the incident scene was completely cleared?

Oh, there's plenty of partisan pandering going on right now. Does't change the fact the President, regardless of party, should have picked up a damn phone and called the Governor.

We have some in here that probably has never offered help or sent condolences, flowers or whatever in a time in grief. What does it matter, right?

You know who you are.

I just think a president who has time to go do stupid skits on a late night show should have 5 minutes to make a phone call. It is earth shattering, no. But it's just one more thing that points to his overall character.

Because it's hysterical to cut against the grain. Watching the the usual suspects get all lathered up is of great amusement to me.

Obozo is playing golf, leave him alone. He will eventually get to it once his speech writer and Teleprompter are ready.

Scott is an ahole. That's scientific fact.

Source: I'm a Floridian.

Also I love your strategy of calling me the source for divisiveness in a thread whining about the POTUS. Seriously, that is a solid play. 'Imma borrow that one going forward if you don't mind.
