I'm on it. Will be with CBJ in about 30 mins and will bring it up. My guess is that staff is on it but won't hurt to mention it. Thanks for sharing.

There was a private function prior to the caravan for some donors and there was also a meeting before that started on some ga recruiting items. I didn't attend the caravan but the turn out like pretty impressive.

I guarantee the little guy didn't get nearly as offended as you and 'BigBadVol'. I think any Tennessee fan would consider that a legitimate and more than reasonable wish. Would the win not make you overjoyed? I'm not scoffing at or mocking the boy in any way; in fact, if you look two posts later, I [sincerely] supported the idea and voiced my opinion that Butch would go. Yes, it was an attempt at humor. Comic relief, I guess. Not that the kid's situation is at all funny, but maybe to keep readers (and the boy!) from wallowing in sadness or pity.

If he is at children's hospital, that is around a ten to fifteen minute walk from Anderson Training Center. I think the staff may still be on the road recruiting, but the players aren't.

The kids name is Neyland. If they named him that, it is safe to assume it was not after a third cousin once removed. Somebody needs to get over there and show them some love.

I'm sure they will meet him. Butch and these guys are pure class. Didn't Dobbs go meet a kid the night of the orange and white game who was sad he didn't get to meet his hero? Tells you all you need to know about the culture Butch has built here IMO.

Butch and the whole team need to go. Give him a helmet and an autographed football. A game shirt from dobbs. Any thing else they can bring. A vol blanket would be nice. VFL do things like this. Expect to hear they have been to see him

Those slippers are sweet.

Glad the kid got his wish. Tough story to hear. Makes me want to go hug my kids.

I can't stop crying after looking at that picture. Man, Lord please bring complete healing to this kids body in the name of Jesus. So sad but the Lord can do anything folks. Let's hope for a miracle for this kid & his family. Seeing kids sick gets the best of me.

I can't stand seeing/hearing about any kid being sick. We all need to pray for this kid's healing every single day. May the Lord keep this young man in His arms & touch this kid with his healing power.
