How do you know it's sexual? How do you know you're not violating a man identifying as a woman? Who said he had to dress up? The progressives are arguing that to deny someone in a bathroom is a civil rights violation. So no one could be thrown out unless they are caught committing a crime. And until we hone the ability to read minds you have no idea who's on the gender spectrum and who's a predator. Like I've said before I would wager there are a lot more sex predators in this country than trans people.

I'm not really sure what your point is, other than that you dislike the idea of a transwoman using your females' restroom, but you're going to freak out when you find a transwoman being forced to pee at the urinal beside you by law.

I don't know about some of you, but I'd much prefer transwomen peeing in the women's restroom than peeing next to me in the men's.

For the 9,000th time no one here cares where trans people pee. I couldn't care less. I'm more concerned with making it ok for any weirdo to walk right into a bathroom with my wife or daughter and to say something would be bigoted. Will a sign stop them? I'm not questioning anyone's gender, Mooney just seems to think anyone at any time is going be given free reign to a locker room because they say they're a specific gender. Any business has the right to question anyone in their store and can ask for identification. If the person says they're a woman and so does their drivers lisc then so be it.
