I expect it will go like this:
Through 1 quarter: UT 7, UF 3
Through halftime: UT 17, UF 3
Through 3 quarters: UT 23, UF 3
Final: UF 24, UT 23
UF scores the winning TD on a hail mary on 4th and 30 with no time remaining, after Antonio Callaway catches a ball in the end zone that was tipped by 3 UT defenders.
I was really superstitious this year. I didn't watch a second of the game. Went on a hike to distract myself.
Came home and turned on the TV literally at the exact moment that Hurd scored to go up 26-14. Immediately turned the TV off because I was afraid I would jinx it by watching.
Did some chores around the house and waited a good 45 minutes before checking the score, extremely confident the Vols were going to pull it out and looking forward to wearing my DVR out watching the replay to see how they did it.
At one point I actually heard some wild cheering coming from somewhere in my apartment building, which scared me because there's a UF fan in the building and another UT fan. 50/50 shot (turned out to be in response to Callaway's TD).
Finally, I pulled up the score on my phone and saw 28-27 FINAL and started laughing like Walter White in this scene of Breaking Bad:

Moped around the house in a stupor the rest of the day/week.

I meant to put this here:
The Question is...
Will the pressure be higher on the Vols to BREAK the damn Florida Streak...
or
For Florida to come into Neyland and obtain the longest win streak EVER against the Vols?
This game has long been more between the ears instead of between the numbers...
Let's hope Tennessee works on between the ears as much as between the numbers.
There's a certain segment of VN population that absolutely refuses to admit that UT has been down talent-wise the past ten years. Until this year, UF has out-talented and out-depth-ed UT, plain and simple. There is no magic. There is no hex. There is no voodoo. UT lost to a better team each year.
This year, UT is the better team.

I refuse to admit they were better than us last year. They weren't.
"If you want to crown em, crown their ass. They were who we thought they were. And we Let em off the hook!!"
I doubt any of the kids on our team have any idea what the longest win streak is against UT.
That quote needs to be posted in or on every locker, meeting room, bench, toilet, everyfreakingwhere. That was a dick comment and it doesn't need to be forgotten.

If you have to manufacture motivation over a quote that innocuous, perhaps it's not a dick statement.
What Muschamp said after the 2014 game, now THAT was a dick statement.
Meh.
What's he supposed to say?
"You know, losing to Tennessee isn't that big a deal. Shoot, you can't win every game you play." - Jim McElwain
How about not commenting in that type of fashion at all??
Dooley said that same type crap after we escaped losing to Vanderbilt in 2011. Hubris...
I can't wait to till we wipe the field with you cocky bastards this year.
Theres no excuse for the past two years... but that $hits done. Over.
We're going to physically dominate the gators.
Come on vol fans! Let's just shut up and wait and see. I know for last 20+ years we had some better teams than Florida but lost. I have confidence that we have a better team but hope we show it on the field and coaching. We are making ourselves look stupid saying this every year. I keep going to Neyland hoping we beat them but same ole sh!t but different year happens. I can't stand the gators but I will be a believer when we have more points than Florida in the 4th with 00:00 time left.
