Ok, I checked wikipedia and it looks like Gameday has opened the past two seasons with neutral site games. Last year Bama and Wisconsin in Arlington and FSU Oklahoma state in 2014 (also in Arlington). Also in 2009 and 2010 they opened with the Chik-Fil-A kickoff games in Atlanta (both neutral site). So they're open to neutral site games.
The bad news is that I haven't seen them travel to neutral site games other than week 1.

They're at neutral site games all the time. Texas/ Oklahoma in Dallas....florida/ Georgia in Jacksonville....I'm sure there are others
History will be made at Bristol. ESPN is insane if they aren't there to be a part of it.
