Kind of like that hook Phil hit on his tee shot on the blue monster 18th today at Doral.

If you didn't see, it went over the crowds and trees past a cart path and finished two feet out of a bunker in deep rough on an adjacent fairway/hole. So Phil being Phil decides to climb down in the sand and go for the green on his second shot instead of safely laying up. He proceeds to hit it into the stands around the 18th green where it clanks off everything and everybody and falls into the rough by the green. Unlike Volatil he chunks it up on the green, two putts for bogey and finishes 5th in the tournament.

If you decided to open your club a little bit that would produce a slice instead of a hook. Technically speaking.

I'm starting to see early signs of Catbone Fever by an increasing number of unseasoned hand wringers in the recruit threads. It appears it is a common belief that Clemson is cleaning us out and that we will suck again at recruiting. Approach with caution.

I do not care if we have nary a '17 recruit committed when we win the national championship next year.

Not going to overreact, but Clemson is clearly whipping us on the recruiting trail, at this moment in time.

Took our QB from 2017
InTOWN WR
Cord Richardson
and Tee Higgins is certainly interested to some degree.

Let's not bury our head in the sands. We need to get this thing rolling.
