There's been smoke around Smith moving to DE from the moment he set foot on campus. He showed up weighing 235 and looking like an upperclassman. Under Jancek, he was being groomed to take over Maggit's role as a hybrid DE.

I agree that we'll likely see a DT moved inside over the spring or summer, but let's not act like this is a panic move that was decided because Alexis Johnson was suspended. This has been in the works for a while.

They are letting one player beat them. Holly can't come up with a defense to shut down 35 and make someone else beat you. Refs are terrible, too. We are getting hammered under the basket and can't get a single call.
