Full of? Point those out for me.

I see "in" instead of "is". Show me the rest. I'm sure my students would be interested for me to print it out for them, so they can have a good laugh.

Edit: Lol...Yep, just noticed misspelled encompasses too. They will get a good laugh out of that one. Leave me alone. I just got over the bug that causes nasty things to come out of both ends. It hasn't been a pretty two days in my household.

Ha... I kid. :hi:

17 GA LB Jaylen Griffin is visiting TN on Saturday and his coach thinks the Vols are close to offering, according to Chad Simmons. Didn't see a thread on him.

Agreed. If you can't accept coaching from a guy who has coached plenty of NBA players, perhaps the game isn't for you at the professional level

Former Vol Justin Gatlin ran a 9.45 100m!!!!!

Granted he used giant wind turbines to aid his time but let's not bring that up.

Need WriterVol to teach us to English on this one

Vols fans vs. Vol fans (wall o' text edition).

My personal preference is that is just doesn't matter.

You find both cases in use among fans and even among journalists. I'd say go ask a journalist, but I'm not sure there's even an AP Style rule on it (not that many journalists these days bother consistently applying a rule set). I didn't find anything on a rule in very brief online searches or in my old AP Stylebook.

Even utsports.com doesn't consistently use one or the other, which tells me they don't have a set rule (or they have bad editors). For the Tennessean, I only found "Vols fans." For the Knoxville News Sentinel, I found both uses. Various other sports news outlets use a mixed bag. Again, this is using brief searches.

On a technical level, I feel like Vols fans is more correct, but Vol fans seems to sound better to me in many cases. Having back-to-back words ending with an "s" takes more effort in speech so it's easy to see why many would drop the "s" on Vol.

You even see examples of people saying "Bear fans," though it's much less common. That double "s" takes effort. Effort often gets thrown aside in speech.

As an editor, I would tell a writer--in the absence of a set rule--to decide on a rule and apply it consistently.

Is it any wonder English is a difficult language?

Gatlin will now be named to the Title IX Lawsuite because he is obviously cheating and men who cheat on women are just not nice.

Titans are stuck in a draft that's full of depth. Teams can sit back and wait on a player especially a DB. This is the deepest DB class I've seen in a while quality wise. The CBs in this class are very deep. Sutton did right to come back because his value will be much higher next season.

Draft Scout Matt Miller has the Titans taking Tunsil in the first and Henry in the second in his mock.

Should go after Alex Collins in the 4th or later. He's a better football player than combine warrior.

Told that to my buddy that's a Titans fan that a while back. He wants them to take Henry 2nd RD. I personally think Collins has the better and longer NFL career. I don't know how Henry does at NFL stage. He is such a big target with not a lot of wiggle like Jalen Hurd has. There huge holes and just run by everyone won't be available at NFL level

Not to mention the tread on those tires is a big question mark

I think Collins is a much better value too. I think Henry can be a good back ONLY if he goes to a team with a really good line.

What do you guys think about Marshall? I wonder how his career at GA would've gone had he not gotten injured. I think he could be a good value pick in the later rounds.

Collins will have a better NFL career than Henry, IMO. He's got more wiggle, speed and vision than Henry who, has benefitted from a quasi-NFL OL in college.

Which means the Titans will take Henry...

He is killing everyone who reported anything about Manning.

A SI writer has back tracked today and now publicly condemned Shaun King.

He's been spearheading this thing since the beginning and now he actually gets to step on some throats.
