Trump has stated that he wants a politician that knows his/her way around Congress as his VP.

There is little doubt that Trump wins the three big states left.. Florida, New York, and California...I think absent of scandal it will be him vs Clinton

Ryan should just come out and announce his bid for the presidency already. All this theatrical stuff with Trump and the brokered convention nonsense doesn't do anything to enhance his credibility or improve the democratic process.

I'm already certain this is not going to go over as planned. Maybe Bob Dole and John McCain could offer some insights as well.

This is inline with what Burhead said earlier. Had Romney gone after Obama as hard as he is going after Trump, he may have fared better in 2012.

So the updated Politico article says he isn't going to endorse any candidate nor announce that he entering the race. Instead it sounds like he is going to go after Trump while praising Rubio, Cruz, and Kasich. Don't the RNC know that this could only make Trump's numbers go up? It hasn't worked for the establishment going after him yet why get Romney in on the action?
