It was discussed that the charges may have been dropped at the county level (General Sessions in TN). If the DA agreed to do that, then it almost always never gets indicted (as in, "state picking it up"). There are very few circumstances where the DA can make the decision to dismiss and then indict it. If that occurred to get around a preliminary hearing, then it's basically prosecutorial misconduct.

I thought GFW said a few weeks back AJohnson situation was similar to VP? Did he ever have to enter a plea? Good grief! We need some good news.

What do y'all think? It's always drove me nuts when people say they're a "Vols" fan.

It's either "I'm a Vol fan" or "I'm a fan of the Vols"

Definitely off season (I'm a Vol but root for the Vols)

Seems like other programs always have crazy rumors floating around that are quickly proven false. But with Tennessee, if there are murmurs on Twitter about anything, there's like a 90% chance it's true.

You could slant this as a promotion because he's now head of the WHOLE athletic strength program...but something went sideways.

But it's the Tennessee Volunteers. Not the Tennessee Volunteer. We don't have some weird singular mascot like Stanford (or Bama).
