DUI, possession of drugs, resisting arrest in Knox county
Doubt it.
When you are on probation and you get arrested, the revoke (due to a new arrest) shows up with the prior charges. If you can link that would be great.
I highly doubt that a player got a dui, possession and resisting arrest in this county all in the last two months without it being mentioned by the media.
Almost zero chance that is true.

The DA will want zero part of this. Will be dropped soon.
That's the power this guy has.
Those are revocation of probation charges. My guess is that those could have happened 3 years ago in another county even outside the state and they would show up like that.
I've seen people I know get arrested for stuff and their revocation and charges get tacked onto the new arrest.
Good info
Would still have to be on probation for correct?
If so doesn't change my mind. He came here on a short lease and this does open up cbj for some criticism for bringing a kid to campus with a criminal past
There's a huge difference in getting those in the past elsewhere and getting them while on campus recently. You were wrong for implying it was here in Knox in the last 60 days.
I think that if you took a chance on a kid you are trying to give him a fresh start. In this case I would have no problem with Butch considering this strike one and strike two. I don't necessarily think that he should get booted for this.
