Was it Ted Valentine?

If so he probably said its good to have Bruce Pearl back in the SEC.

Don't think so. Refs called a foul on usc and the ref technicaled Cal for something he said about it. Looked pretty innocent, as much as I love Cal getting tossed.

Valentine has the quickest trigger in basketball. That trigger was even quicker when Pearl was coaching.

One of the main reasons behind why Peyton didn't win the Heisman just surfaced again and this time probably won't go away as quietly as before.

"On Feb. 29 of that year, Naughright, at that point the university's director of health and wellness, was in a training room, examining what she thought might be a possible stress fracture in Manning's foot. At 6 feet, 5 inches, his feet dangled off the edge of the table. Manning allegedly then proceeded to scoot down the training table while Naughright examined his foot. At that point, she said, he forcefully maneuvered his naked testicles and rectum directly on her face with his penis on top of her head. Shocked, disgusted, and offended, Naughright pushed Manning away, removing her head out from under him (see pages 14-15). Within hours, she reported the incident to the Sexual Assault Crisis Center in Knoxville (see page 18)."

How many times is that story going to be rehashed?

Also love that it was written by a dude whose entire life is a fraud. Falsely claimed to be black and stole money from a Black Lives Matter fundraiser.

Peyton was nuts over her.

No offense, but no one gives a s***. That story has literally been known for almost 20 years. Pay no more attention to it. Especially this piece that is written by a "Black Lives Matter", "white guilt" hack-job.

Lol

Other news outlets are now picking up the Peyton story- biggest is Bleacher Report and NBCSportstalk (I know) but still concerning especially with this racist PC culture saying UT tried to blame it on a black player. Hopefully major news outlets will steer clear of the story. Peyton doesn't deserve to have sexual assault mentioned beside his name when it was a stupid thing to do but certainly not an assault! Good grief! What a nightmare after a week all Vol fans should be celebrating.

I'm not clicking on the link because that just gives the media and the plaintiffs what they want which is clicks and publicity.

Sean King who wrote that has already been outed as a fraud. Anyone employing that guy is not an outlet worthy of anyone's time and can kick rocks for all I care.

Didn't she settle out of court?

If so, there absolutely had to have been a confidentiality clause and someone owes UT some money.

Edit: quick Google search reveals several articles written through the years about this case. Many from ESPN. These details are not new and have been public for many years. She recieved $300,000 from UT and there was a confidentiality clause. These articles were written between 2001-2003.

Fulmer said after the NC "the wind blows the hardest when you are at the top of the flagpole".

This hack just rehashed these articles conveniently after PM wins the SB.

Isn't Manning the one who has been had to pay on a couple of occasions for violating that clause?
