Vickers is everything thats right ab CFB. Redshirted and is now making the best of his opportunity at UT and made himself a steady, solid player. Im a big fan. Glad hes around for another couple years.

Starting to feel like a finish of Warrior, Byrd, Kongbo with the fourth spot going to Brown if he wants to be a Vol. if Brown goes to Auburn, we will add Moss.

Would be a strong finish either way.

Two 4* Army AA top 100 players and the nations #1 juco 5* defensive end is nothing to sneeze at.

Adding a 5* DT would be a pretty big cherry on top though I gotta say.

This is exactly how I see it. I think if we didn't get Kongbo also, a spot would go to Williams, but its looking like we've got him.

Staff obviously has some type of plan or isn't too worried if we miss on Brown regarding depth. If they were we would have taken another DT by now and not put all chips in one basket. I don't know what is coming in next class but fort at VQ has said VA is ridiculously loaded with stud DL for 2017 so maybe they think we can really hit some big time guys next yr. Staff always has a plan.

and after the Vols show up in ATL in '16 its gonna be easier to get those guys. Theyll load up on DL and RBs next cycle.

Who was the other 5 star CB we had an inside track on? Can't remember his name.

If youre talking next year the top two would be Gibbs and Wade. Gentry Bonds is another highly rated CB but not sure where we stand with him or if hes a take if we have a legit shot at Wade and Gibbs.

Top signees: S LaDarrell McNeil, WR Cordarrelle Patterson, DT Daniel McCullers.

Only five players from the class signed by then-coach Derek Dooley started double-digit games in their Tennessee careers. Two were short-stay junior college products (Patterson and McCullers) and another (Pig Howard) was dismissed from the team before his career ended. McNeil emerged into a four-year starter at safety. Attrition was the theme: 13 of the 23 signees either transferred, were dismissed or left the team, including all three ESPN 150 recruits (Howard, Drae Bowles and Dante Phillips).

I would imagine there would be plenty of "F"s for other UT classes dating back to ~2006 as well.
