'16 AZ DE Jonathan Kongbo UT Signee 2/3/16

66% of the time he is 100% correct

True Stats: 28 out of 42 (66.67 %) | AVG days Correct: 291.37 | Rank: 22

Thanks, thought he would be better, but maybe some of that is his early predictions, and he does not change his picks as often. :dunno:

Arm length, I assume. Though 36.5 is still ridiculous when it comes to arm length.

Jeeze. Getting a bit ridiculous with this kid isn't it? If he's such a freak, how did he go damn near unnoticed out of hs. Or end up red shirting at a school with very little talent.

Grades? :dunno:
I think he only played 1 year in hs too, since from another country.

But that's the point of my post. There are other coaches, other programs that have been within earshot of his recruiting classes almost every year.....most don't have 1 title, while the others only have 1....he has 4 at Bama and 1 at LSU....and if he went to virtually any other Power 5 school in the country, he'd win 1 or more there, too. That's simply the truth.

Also, let's not forget that the most important thing a college coach can do is recruit talent. He gets credit for that, it's a huge part often job. Yet, while others have also recruited at an elite level, no one else has even sniffed Saban's success.

Bought and paid for

Maybe possible he didn't know how to foosball???

You can be a physical freak, but you still need to know how to play the game. Being Nigerian I would bet he grew up playing their football.

Another CB...Shannon Terry..CEO of 24/7

That's five CB's to us in the past 48 hours (compared to one to Bama, zero to anyone else), including three to us one after the other today. Somebody's hearing something.

If we land Kongbo, it will be one of Butch's most impressive recruiting wins. Recommits are pretty rare, especially amid a full-court press from Saban, USCsr., and FSU.

A bit surprising there haven't been any CBs to USC after a supposedly great visit, yet 3 CBs to us today.

He doesn't even have Bama in his final four

For once I agree with you.

Also if you look back at his championship rosters it's not like they were the 2001 Miami Hurricanes in terms of nfl talent. LSU and Georgia have produced more high caliber NFL players.

Saban just finds a way of getting it done. Can't deny his greatness.

And if you're wondering why I feel that way, its BC he hasn't been blown away coming out of these visits. That's why you're seeing these crystal ball predictions currently.

I'm pretty sure the real difference here is Shoop. Shoop is pin your ears back relentless pursuit of the qb, whose unit had the 2nd most sacks in the country this year. That is more than likely the difference for a defensive end.

Is this a sign? Former USC qb gets hammered. Former UT qb goes to the super bowl.

More to the point- former UT defensive lineman crushes evil Patriots offense. The planet celebrates Malik Jackson as a hero.

And somewhere Kongbo gets an orange ballcap ready for signing day
