Charleston Brunch is the best brunch.

Bloody Mary with fresh Shrimp as a garnish

Crab Cake Benedict
Side of Biscuits and gravy
Side of Shrimp and grits

Finished with pitcher of cold Mimosas.

Great way to start your Sunday fun day.

Stopped in St. Augustine for lunch at Harry's. It's a chain but everything we had was phenomenal including scallops and grits. The grits were amazing and I don't like grits.

He should never slow down like he does on top side. Coaches need to get this fixed in the offseason. That elite burst doesn't just happen. I've seen quick guys but his speed to turn the corner is ridiculous. He's extremely fast when he just runs.

He definitely slows down when he thinks he's gone. It's a bad habit. Fix that and it will help with his NFL prospects

The Red Wolf reintroduction failed as a huge percentage died of starvation, and those that wandered too far away from isolated areas of the Smokies ended up being shot or hit by cars. TWRA said it was lack of large game, but there are tons of deer there (probably too many deer as is the case in my area). Does not make sense.

I'm waiting for someone to hit or shoot a mountain lion and then listen to the state of TN explain that away as an escaped exotic pet.

A few years ago they started a drawing for the Sandhill Cranes in TN, I think you are allowed two a season. I hear it tastes like chicken...

TWRA has now acknowledged the exisitance of wild lions in TN now. Just recently.

You can't take a pic of someone at a walmart bathroom. How's it ok to do that here? Just wanting to know why is that ok?

Not that I'll try but is that "illegal" or just Wal-Mart policy/normal etiquette?

You put your garbage on the street, anyone can go through it.

Not saying I would take that picture or post it, but WalMart doesn't have a trough in a big room as a bathroom. It is a public place. Taking a picture like that is different than taking one in a stall. If someone is using a stall, they clearly want privacy and it's illegal. This woman didn't care.

This is a ridiculous statement. It's an effing bathroom. If someone pulls a phone out to take a picture of me while I'm in there, the phone is going in the trough.

Sorry, but I am just discussing it in legal terms. Not etiquette. I probably would do the same thing as you. But you can take up the bathroom arrangement with UT and ask why they haven't changed it for probably 50 years.

Edit: I don't understand why a woman would want to do what she did anyway. I would have been very upset if I had taken my young son in that bathroom while she was doing that. Can't have it both ways by exposing herself and then claiming that it's private.

I'm pretty sure multiple laws were broken in that situation.

I am a criminal defense attorney. The law in TN is called "observation without consent" or "unlawful photographing." The problem is that the victim has to have a "reasonable expectation of privacy" in both cases. I don't believe it is reasonable in this case. The woman clearly didn't care, otherwise, she would have used a stall.

I more or less meant laws broken on her part too. Using a men's bathroom, indecent exposure, etc.

Anyways, I don't care. A week till Butch gets Brown locked up!

JMO, but.....If someone had walked into the women's bathroom and taken that picture, that would be one thing. She in fact went into the men's bathroom and dropped her pants in front of all those men and pee'd in front of them, for all to see. She was clearly showing, by her own actions, that she wasn't concerned with her privacy. I would just about bet, that that is how it would be looked at in a court of law too.

Thanks for replying, I wasnt trying to start a convo about this. If went to the bathroom anywhere, I would be furious at the people who took a pic of me usng it. Also, I wouldn't go the womens and use the sink as my urinal either.

Unfortunately, back in my younger days, I may or may not have done this. It's hard to say really.....but I wouldn't have put it past me.

I'm better now though. :)

I saw a mountain lion here about 8 years ago. My dad was there as a witness. Walked next to a large round bale of hay so it was easy to tell its size. Never seen anything else like it around here. I've heard others say there not here. Welp...

There's been a few documented sightings in TN this year. Video from a trail cam

I would think it's illegal. If a guy was in the men's restroom taking pics or video of other men using the restroom he is committing a crime. I'm not sure why this wouldn't be as well.
