I do still believe that. If we get everyone that I am told we have a legit shot at we finish top 10 easy with a very real shot at top 5. Also heard from a very reliable person that to expect this staff to take possibly up to 27 this class. Now I do not know how it will work out numbers wise but all I am told when I ask the question is to sit back and enjoy this signing day.

If we finish top 5, I will personally bump every single "What's wrong with RECRUITING???!!!! go VOLS!" thread out there.

I'd rather have Brown... Safety is one of the easier positions to recruit to. You can never have enough great DT's and they are much more rare... but I think we get them both. If we strike out on both? Then yes, this class will be a disappointment.

Warrior, Brown, Dickerson and a WR. You are right that even with that, top 5 is not going to happen... or top 10. 12-15 would be about right - which considering our limited numbers and the de-commits and how we started from behind on so many players - would be great.

Hardman and Corley are not going to happen. The biggest reason that VN is so negative is that too many posters set themselves up for disappointment with unrealistic expectations. Every indication is that we are running a distant 3rd for Hardman... and Corley? Give me a break.

Top 5 is not happening, top 10 is possible.
