I'm not saying gramps is Ted Cruz, but let's just say, I've never seen both of them in the same room at the same time.

I kept hearing a big "yeeehaw" from someone in the crowd every time Cruz took a breath. Had to be Cramps. He's a stealth Cruz man.

Donald Trump, Sen. Ted Cruz, Sen. Marco Rubio, Dr. Ben Carson, former Gov. Jeb Bush and Gov. Chris Christie will most likely be the six on the stage during the Fox News Debate on Jan. 11. John Kasich and Rand Paul will be in the kids table debate. It will be moderated by Bret Baier, Megyn Kelly, and Chris Wallace.

In the Quinnipiac University Poll Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) destroys Republican candidate Donald Trump in a general election by 13 percentage points. In this new poll, Sanders has 51 percent to Trump's 38 percent. If this margin held in a general election, Democrats would almost certainly regain control of the United States Senate and very possibly the House of Representatives.

American voters back Clinton over Trump 47 - 40 percent. In other matchups:
Clinton gets 44 percent to Rubio's 43 percent;
Clinton and Cruz are tied 44 - 44 percent.

Sanders tops Trump 51 - 38 percent. In other matchups:
Rubio gets 45 percent to Sanders' 42 percent;
Cruz gets 44 percent to Sanders' 43 percent

Looking at Trump, voters say:
58 - 36 percent that he is not honest and trustworthy;
58 - 39 percent that he has strong leadership qualities;
57 - 38 percent that he does not care about their needs and problems;
61 - 34 percent that he does not share their values.

National (US) Poll - December 22, 2015 - Half Of U.S. Voters Embarrasse | Quinnipiac University Connecticut

Trump is the only candidate, or lets say anti-candidate, left on the board who can win. He is a preening peacock but no worse than the idiot in there now. Everyone who voted for the budget, without reading even the cliff notes, should be impeached. The politicos on both sides are criminals. I think they should be paid on commission from the surplus revenues at the end of the year.

A 13 point deficit to Bernie Sanders is embarrassing. I wonder when GOP voters' instincts of risk aversion will kick in.

On a side note, Cruz is performing a lot better in these polls than I thought.

I honestly have no idea who to vote for. I don't agree with a lot of what Clinton says. I could not vote for Trump ever.

This is the first election sine I've been voting (2002), where I can't find a candidate that I actually have the majority opinion with.

Help me out people!

I could care less about moral issues such as gay marriage, abortions, stem cell research, etc... I suppose you can say I'm a strong supporter of free will.

On the other hand, I care deeply about the economy. Because of this, I could never vote for someone who believes in a straight balanced budget. Also, I could never vote for someone who would waste resources to build something such as a wall along the southern border. Also, I side with democrats more on the issue of government spending as opposed to tax breaks although they accomplish basically the same thing.

I want true government funded healthcare. I don't believe that capitalism is always the best choice on how to govern certain markets. Government healthcare (Medicare) has lower overhead than private market. I am not speaking about Obamacare. Obamacare has been a joke, and I would like the new President to try and persuade Congress to repeal it.

Alright, school me if you must, or give me a link to read more about different candidates. lol. I have been working a lot this year, and I probably need to catch up on some candidates that haven't been too mainstream.

From your post Bernie Sanders is your man.

Be prepared to be schooled on the errs of your thinking.

Sorry, can't help you. It sounds as if the only acceptable candidate for you will have to come from the Dem side or possibly Trump, believe it or not his views are not that far off from yours. Just research him and his comments before he decided to run for POTUS.

Cruz. 18%
Carson. 10%
Rubio. 10%
