Bynum is and was always better than Jumper. I have a hard time believing Kirkland wasn't either. You don't have to be a coach to see that. That pathetic insult is getting old.
Maybe Jumper was playing... because of his daddy. Maybe Jones was pressured to play him because of Hart, Cheek or the UT President. Who knows....point is that somebody, somewhere made a critical mistake.
Jones and Hall may also not have been ready at the beginning of the season, but they sure as hell were when thrown into the fire against great competition. The question is...how long before that were they ready? We don't know because it took injuries to find out. Again, I don't know, you don't know...but they were good when they played....so the questions remains.
so your argument is to second guess everything the coaches do? You were screaming for Peterman to start versus FL, and Peterman crapped the bed. Then the same people were crying "Why would he start Peterman in the swamp?" You should loan CBJ your crystal ball so that he can make decisions that satisfy your innate urge to second guess everything.
