Honestly I like that. I think you would have to do away with 2-point conversions too or make it attempted from the 15. That might make it easier too. There is just something about the 2 point conversion that doesn't seem "football" enough to me.

I am loving this South Carolina hire. They are head over heels in love with Muschamp and think of Roper as a genius.

Ehhhh, I'd prefer that Bama lose of course, but I think they rip out MSU's innards. The best/ most talented/ only team that could win a title in the Big 10 isn't in the playoffs. MSU is the worst team in the playoffs.

The winner of the national championship will be either Clemson or Oklahoma. They're the two most complete teams.

Eh, Clemson did beat OU in the bowl game last year 40-6. That was with backup Cole Stout at the helm. Clemson is the best offense and defense they will have played this year.

Bama didn't beat UF but by 14. Clemson is light years better than UF. We ran the ball pretty well against Bama, Watson is just a better runner and passer than Dobbs.

Alabama vs Oklahoma in the Title Game could actually generate a decent amount of pub for Tennessee.

You might see quite a bit of highlights and film study of our games as the only common opponent.

Especially since we are a legitimate Power 5 team that took both teams to the absolute limit.

Bama could've beaten Florida by 28+ if they wanted. Up by 22 they got lazy. Missed a 26 yard field goal and took a knee at the end from the Florida 2.

I think people severely underestimating Clemson because they are in the ACC. They still have top 10 recruiting classes every year and are loaded with players from FL and GA. Clemson is us with a better QB, WR's, and OL. Defenses are similar so I don't know why people think Bama and OU are just going to roll through this. Both those teams struggled mightily with us.
