Will be interesting to see if SEC departs from record and makes best matchups. I think even HG could agree we would be a better matchup for Michigan than UF right now. UF won the division fair and square but they peaked about the UGA game and are on a skid since.

Georgia has 3 conference losses just like us and we beat them so...

LSU has same conference record as us as well.

Just read conference tie ins.

#1 Sugar Bowl
#2 Citrus

Conference will select the remaining teams for bowls.

I have thought for some time we play in Outback should we finish strong.

Reading that article, it says #2 SEC vs #2 Big 10

Outback vs #3 Big 10

Winner of Iowa Michigan St obviously in playoffs.

Does Iowa get a big bowl should they (and they will) lose?

What happens to Ohio St?

Michigan should fall down the pecking order

Muschamp has already penciled dooley in as OC/WR coach and recruiting coordinator

I'd imagine winner of Big10 to playoff, loser to Rose, OSU to Sugar or something like that.

VN hardly ever is even keel...it thrives on peaks and valleys. I will say that I side with the optimistic view. It has been so long since Tennessee has been competitive against elite teams that I too am giddy about bowl season and the future!
Quit stepping in front of the OptiVol stampede unless you enjoy being trampled:)

As for UM game...If Orlando feels UF won't sell seats for a bowl game its no way they commit to the reported 4 year host deal bc of possible lost revenue.

C'mon. You know good and well a traveling team that needs hotel rooms is a better revenue generator than a relatively local team. Revenue isn't in ticket sales. It's heads in beds. Tickets will sell no matter what, and for that matter, we would buy more than UF.

The SEC is not gonna disrespect UF's season by placing us in a higher bowl than them. I'll be happy to pummel an overrated Big Ten school in the Ouback bowl.

Who scores 2? 2 pts. Why would Florida want to play Michigan with their offense? They should want an easier opponent. 2 pts from the defense btw. Zero looks better than 2.

UF won the East and deserves a higher bowl than us.
I am fine with them getting Citrus and we get Outback.
