Pretty sure the SEC sets the bowls now. I hear the Liberty Bowl folks on radio all the time here in Memphis, and it is public knowledge that they didn't get who they wanted last year. SEC office is the one who makes the decisions.

Yeah, it is what it is. That is the only time I recall him being incorrect on a piece of information that he brought. Although, it is all left fairly vague, like most inside info so who knows.

He has brought some great info, but if he can be wrong on Nike he could be on field turf.

If it was my money I would pay whatever it took to get the best grass field possible. This doesn't seem unrealistic.

A point can be made, though maybe not convincingly, that Randolph's play on the last UGA pass cost Richt his job (likely), and saved Butch's (somewhat less likely.) Oh, game of inches.
