Man...what a thread. We cap the best year we've had in what feels like forever by beating the hell out of vandy and now this? Guess we also need to speculate on Hurd leaving and Dormady transferring? How about Butch taking another job? Really...thanks so much for this thread.

Oh aint you heard? yea like half our team feels sorry for spanking Vandy so badly and they are transferring out because of a guilty Conscience.... Yea i was heart broken to

1. Why wouldn't other schools try to cherry-pick from the greatest staff in the country>
2. I heard Dallas needs a new recievers coach.
3. Peyton is considering CBJ's offer.

Not exactly sure that Jones listens to the fans about who should coach over there. Pretty sure he knows what he is doing when hiring coaches. Why wouldn't he stick with these guys when he has totally turned this team around. This team is head and shoulders above what we have had since Fulmer left. The future is really bright, no need to change unless Jones feel there needs to be an upgrade.
We should trust him.

Awesome thread

Whats your problem, do you just hate on everyone's post? Nothing wrong with this.. I was wondering the same thing.

We have had some stability over the last few years however with success comes turnover. I hope Azzani and Maloney take a hike. I suspect Gillespie, Thigpen and Stripling may have options..

Imo Strip is the best coach on the staff. Pay the man...

Thig and Azzanni are 2 of our best recruiters.

Losing 1 or both of them will hurt our recruiting bad.

We need to pay and keep our best recruiters no matter what.

Some on here hate Azzanni for some reason but totally fail to see that about 1/2 of our WR corps has been injured most of the season and Pig was kicked off the team too.

They never consider that our O line doesn't pass block very well and can't hold their blocks long enough.

They never consider that Dobbs isn't as consistent as he needs to become and he doesn't throw a good long ball at all.

All our passing game problems are totally on Azzanni, LMAO!

Be careful what you wish for, we might get a new WR coach that can't recruit worth crap and our program heads downhill again.

Without great recruiting we'll never get back to the top of the mountain and college football has always been about great recruiting.

Any idiot that doubts that needs to take a close look at alaBubba and nick saTan.

I think the OP has posted a legitimate question. It's not negative. When you have success, people want your coaches. It's fair to speculate, since the national coaching carousel has started to spin. I would be surprised if at least one of our assistants didn't get a coordinator or head coach job next year. Sign of respect. It's safe to say that neither Jones nor DeBord will be picked off by anyone else. Some of the others are up for grabs. Would Janczek be a good head coach for some mid level team? Thoughts?

I could be wrong in this assumption but Jancek reminds me of Chavis in that I just see him staying at DC for the duration of his career. Again, just IMHO and based purely on gut feeling
