Wow

Jr didn't play. Very disappointed. You don't name a kid starter then not play him at all.

Regular starter had a broken wrist and showed up with a smaller cast. They allowed him to punt, it went 20 something yards.

Coaches ran over to Jr and told him to be ready. Then proceed to let the QB punt from shotgun position twice (they have done this a couple of times this year because the other team doesn't put anyone back to return it).

All he can do is be ready. He had a 42 yard punt last week after starter went down. He will get his chance again.

The head coach sounds flaky to me. Leave it in the Lord's hands to work out.

Flaky, lol. Obviously difficult to have a conversation about this type of deal when only conversing with the parent. I don't mean that in a bad way. I just mean that everybody is going to jump on the side of the kids son. Most likely the coach just lacks coincidence on him based on what he sees from him on a regular basis. I hope the kid ends up tearing it up and becomes the best kicker in the county.

The starter is probably one of the best punters in the state when healthy. I'm not knocking the coach at all for playing him. He had a 70 yard punt in our first game.

He doesn't lack confidence in my kid. He used him last week with 2 minutes to go in a 7 point game when he was standing in the back of the endzone. Coach loves to use the QB on 4th and short to punt. I hate that.

Daaaang it. Bell and Forte both go down in the same weekend? There goes my fantasy points. Hope they are okay, too. Knee injuries for RBs suck.

Having a QB punt fools nobody after the first time he does it since every game is scouted. As his dad posted, he has used his son. He told him he was starting. He didn't. Hence - flaky.

I get wanting to honor the guy - a music icon. But the WS is far bigger than any 89+ year old crooner with no pipes left and bad timing. You've got to do better than that.

So I accepted a job offer with another company today. Slightly nervous about it as I've only worked for Walmart thus far. I'm excited though, just not sure how my 3 year old will handle Dad being gone for training for 5 weeks. On the bright side, said training is in Knoxville:)

I can't believe Tommy Hanson died! I know he hasn't played in the bigs for the last couple of years, and wasn't with the Braves for the last three, but he was damned good when he started out. It's even more sad if the rumors are true. It's just a waste.

Rumors are that he liked the cocaine while he was on the Braves, but his brother (step) died two years ago and he's not been the same since. The rumor is that he was self medicating a little much with the white stuff since his bro passed.

I like Carson. Think it's refreshing someone who is a non traditional politician just speaks from the heart. I like Carsons budget plan. 10% tax across the board.

Cruz wants to abolish the IRS. I'm sold.

Rubio is the young energetic candidate. I don't see him as Presidential material at this point. Being a veteran myself, like how he focused on military spending and resources for veterans.
