Hurd doesn't get the respect he deserves rushing the ball, pass protecting, or catching out of the backfield IMO. Hope that chip on his shoulder bodes well for him (and us) this off-season into next season.

The reason mizzou players are going on strike is because the president didn't do enough to catch/punish somebody who painted a swastika out of excrement. Just more of the I can hate you, but you can't hate me crap...I hate racism, but taking away peoples individual rights is fascist also. It us hard for people to grasp that concept.

What are you talking about. He's continually praised by every duo who calls our games. If you mean by the suits in the studio it's because we're 5-4 and not fun to talk about.

I don't think individual rights extend to painting swastikas in feces in a public place.

In regards to Missouri: the poor response to rampant sexual assault of women is ok by the players, but if you don't destroy the person who smears **** in the form of a swastika, we are gonna protest

Edit: by the way, neither is ok, but it does seem kinda weird

It's wrong, but it's a form of free speech (any vandalism aside). The controversy isn't about the feces; it's about the message. Free speech is an individual right. But there are consequences when you freely express yourself with hate.

Because it's 2015 and we pretend like racism doesn't exist anymore.

You guys are over thinking this. Graffiti is vandalism.

Right, but it's expected that when vandalism is involved, you use that as an excuse to go after racist scumbags when you wouldn't be able to otherwise if they'd used a flag or something within the law.

Not the point Jave..tolerance for beliefs in this liberal society arbitrary. Fascists are fascists no matter what color they are. IMO they all suck. They want somebody burned at the proverbial stake for this, and they will get what they want, and hatred will grow. It is sad all the WA around. They are not bringing people together, they are fracturing society even more.

If a racist breaks the law expressing racism, you should prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law.
