You know when you watch animal planet and the zebras get all the way into the river to drink only to get mauled by a crocodile in front of the rest of the herd? But then sure enough not a day later another zebra gets all the way into the river only to get mauled again. You're watching this like wtf is the zebra thinking he just saw his buddy get mauled and he does the same exact thing? Guys we are the herd of zebras and the rest of the country is like wtf did you expect to happen?

Again, I don't care how we do it but it is inexcusable for our coaching staff to be unable to create mismatches on offense. EVERY OPPOSING OC does it to us. It really is not that hard. We NEVER see North running down the middle of the field on a safety.
Time to make some serious schematic adjustments

And yeah Butched hemmed and hawed before the game about how it's hard to keep Sutton on Shep but Gadddddammmit in the 4th quarter on critical downs, you better make damn sure we'll Cam Sutton , arguably the best CB in college, is manned up on the best WR option.

please For the love of anything you believe in, put JRM in the middle and play weatherd or anyone else at Will.

I don't want to beat a dead horse but that's 2 consecutive games where our Mike LB was completely lost, making wrong fits and/or missing tackles play after play.

With that said, the season is not over and adjustments are there to be made. We can still have a successful season

OU is alot like us too. They have a garbage OL but they kept attacking until the dam broke. We dont do that and we have a ton of offensive skill just like they do. I hate it. They kept scheming sh*t up. We kept running the same 4 plays. Thats why everyone was begging for one of those types of OCs. Bob Stoops went out and got his.

Speechless at why most of you are suprised.

Sleep it off, don't worry the sheep will be booming again soon and talking yourself into why we are going to beat Florida.

Great recruiter, below average game day coach. Butch will have to adjust if he wants to stay around. This isn't Debos fault.

When Butch learns to relax this team will take the next step.

its both debo and butchs fault. Also, the players on the field on offense were atrocious outside the 1st qtr. Medley is brutal.

Such a disappointing loss. It would appear that Butch learned nothing from last year's loss to Florida. It was like deja vu. Just so sad and infuriating.

And why in the hell is Jumper starting? He had a clean hit on the QB in the first half and just bounced off of him. Haha, he's just inept.

My dad said that the entire game. Kept saying how sad it was going to be for the players when we lose

This sounds dramatic, I know, but I spent the past few hours contemplating Tennesse football and it's place in my life, and I'm questioning it all. The amount of time and emotion I invest in it isn't healthy, especially when I get seemingly so little back.

I'm tired of booming for recruits and watching the team/coaches still choke away huge wins. Tired of checking this forum and Twitter religiously every day for a new glimpse of hope and getting the same results on the field.

None of it matters when we still lose games like this. It's painful. It hurts me to my core, way more than anything that doesn't directly involve my life should.

I feel.you brother. Family and so much more in life is more important and I forget that every July-Sept till we choke again.

This x1,000,000. I just can't do it anymore. I love this University and this team...always have and always will. But I simply can't keep being so emotionally invested. I've gotta take a step back for a while.

CBJ let all of VolNation down tonight in a HUGE way. Coaching lost that game. Started coaching tight in the 2nd quarter...playing not to lose instead of going for the win. That isn't how you get it done with the big boys. Stoops and OU put on a clinic tonight for CBJ and Co.

I'll always love the VOLS and I'll never turn my back on them but until CBJ can admit he needs to reevaluate some things and change his approach, we are all going to continue to be short-changed when it comes down to it.

The fans and defense gave their all. The coaching staff failed each and every one of us.

feel just like Aesius and been thinking about how awful i feel all night. Its not worth it. We get zero in return and all we hear is speeches about "process" and "youth". We been hearing this sh*t for 8 years. Just tired of it.

The oline sucks....bad. But it doesn't help that all of our pass plays take a long time to develop. We don't have time for that misdirection and fake handoff BS.
