Other than size, WKU's puts Vandy to shame. They literally had 3 urinals in the bathroom in my section Thursday night. Made for awful waits and I was very tempted to make a comment to their fans that they're not used to accomodating crowds like they had Thursday when it was at 75% capacity.
After their own game turns into a laugher in the first quarter on Saturday, Vandy fans will do what they do best: give up on their own team and start cheering against UT. And apparently cherry pick stats after week two that make their team look better than the "Viles."
After thoroughly and brutally Vanderbilting WKU last week, Vandy soars up 8 positions in at least one poll.............
to 113th.
Ohio State, Baylor remain atop NCAA 1-128 Re-rank
Chubb probably wasn't going to play in the second half, but now he'll rush as often as it takes to hang 200 individual yards on the Commo-whores.
Whats really sad is that WKU beats an SEC team and doesn't move at all in the poll. Vandy should really stop and think about that for a minute before they try talking trash to ANY team this lifetime.
So you're saying he(Chubb) won't be playing after the 1st quarter?
But seriously I can't wait for the headline,
Chubb Hangs 300yds on Vandy.......
In The First Half, Sits Second Half!!!
Lol so vandy is wearing their deep **** uniforms this weekend, and because they are so light, Georgia gets to wear their red home jerseys at vandy..... So add in the fact that all the fans their will be in red, it'll be a mini home game for them...lol same ole vandy
Literally EVERYTHING they do backfires on them somehow. "Deep water" uniforms......how appropriate.
marketing geniuses they are not.
I still can't wrap my head around how 'anchor down' is supposed to mean anything other than weigh yourself down in place, which doesn't seem very good for a football team.
Also, 'Viles' is the most hilarious nickname ever. It's so unfunny and uncreative that it's comedic gold.
They're pretty good at medicine and baseball over there....and that's about it.
Edit: I'm standing at the bar at PF Chang's on WestEnd right now, can see their "stadium" and am feeling just a bit nauseous being in such close proximity to what is the source of their douchebaggery....the McGuggin "athletic" Center.....it's not a good feeling
The post didn't make me feel any better about the loss but it might make all those UT fans that are dancing in the streets in Knoxville over beating Bowling Green think again.
Speaking of stadiums, a thread at VM states that a new 65K stadium would improve the on the field product. Umm....ok.
While I think the stadium is crap, there's no way they should build a 65K stadium. They should either build another 40K stadium or majorly renovate the one they have. The only reason to build it bigger is if they want more opposing fans to show up.
