'15 GA WR Preston Williams (UT Signee 2/4/15)

But our player scored too high on a test where your sole objective is to score as high as possible so he's suspended. That's literally the most Vols thing ever.

Haha. Nice point

It's right up there with our opponent committing a penalty, so breaking the rules of the game, and getting rewarded for it with another play: a play which they used to tie the game, force overtime, and then beat us.

I hope he draws an outline of his **** on the test, and writes "here's 10, now I only have to make an 8"

Edit: I just remembered this test is computer based...so this fantastic plan won't work

It is? Wow. They've made serious advancements since I took it in approximately 2004 and had to bubble in all of the little circles...wow I just realized it's been 11 years since then. I'm getting old.

Made an 18 the first time I took it, mainly because I played connect the dots on the reading comprehension and science reasoning parts of the test. Took it again and tried a little bit and made a 21.

Pretty sure I made a 12 on the reading comprehension part the first time. Hated reading growing up.

So GFW or any other insider here, when will we know if he did what he had to do?

VQ said it takes about a week to 10 days for the score to be processed, validated, and returned.

However, UT could be notified of the score within 24 hours of him taking it. So it's possible that they already know.

If he got a sufficient score, he still has to get cleared by the IEC (Initial Eligibility Center), formerly known as the Clearinghouse.

Welp might as well redshirt him then. Freaking Clearinghouse.

This is the 2nd time this has happened since Dobbs arrived. Does anyone else think he's taking the act for them?

I don't think the test is via computer. I think it is graded by a computer though.

That's the only UT game I've been too... please don't remind me of it.

LOL. I shouldn't be laughing , but I am.

I actually feel bad for that post now. I actually feel sad for the amount of illiterate people in America. Most these guys have some brains but had no parenting.

My Dad told me a story about a mechanic he hired. Guy was a genius with cars but couldn't read. With proper support (my Dad) he carved out a living for himself and his family. Best part was that both his kids went to college. That man and my father worked 25 years together until my dad left.
