How have I never seen that pic before? What's he doing? Banging his cane on the ground? Drawing a run play for Patterson in the dirt? Practicing his golf game? Trying to use the cane as a trademark the way Spurrier uses his visor?

I need to know what's going on there.

Looks like he dropped the cane and no one helped him pick it up because he completely alienated everyone in the program.

I see a lot in the photo LOL

Why does ESPN and the like, have to publish crap like Arian Foster not believing in God.

Do people really care? I don't want to know who does and who doesnt believe in god, who is gay and who isn't gay. Eric Berry's story to me is way more interesting than any of that crap.

I am pretty sure he was upset at something that happened in the game and slammed it on the ground. I thought I remember seeing it in video. That picture sums up the Dooley era.

It was some random guy named Gary he talked to in the DA's office and within minutes the DA's office sent out the message clearing Von.

It was the timing that made it as funny as it is/was. Keeping up with it live, it was hilarious. And I'm 39.

I'm 51 and had tears in my eyes from laughing so hard.

Timing was everything.

What started off as some random dude about to get bashed on VN for calling the DA's office, ended up being one of the funniest few pages I have possibly ever read on here.

Oh, he was already in the process of getting crushed. Made it friggin' awesome!

Practice #2 thread in FF has completely gone to sh!t (threads have previously been awesome and very readable).

Staying out of FF until about 8:30pm local time.

This is a perfect example of what just happened with that Vandy tweet.

What post # should I start at?

I know I've told this story before on here but it's the offseason.

I saw Jones play a couple of times in HS because he played for Oakland and my son played at Blackman.

Everytime I saw him, he always picked guys off the pile. I would just watch him and not the play. He is without doubt the dirtiest/nastiest player I've seen in some time. After each play he was standing over some poor kid.

If the play was ran away from him, defenders seem to let their guard down....MISTAKE. He would ear hole every kid not looking. Feet flying over their heads. He plays through the whistle.

I absolutely love the edge he brings.

I wish every lineman on the team had Jack's mean streak. Jones is going to be that guy that every other team hates because he's so nasty/borderline dirty and plays five seconds after the whistle.

This is quality too. After we beat them we need a gif from that movie where the guy says "Look at me, look at me....I'm the captain now"

Random fun fact:

On Talk Like a Pirate day when Krispy Kreme is giving free donuts for talking like a pirate, using the "I'm the captain now" quote is not accepted.

Learned that last year.

Florida recruiting continues its steamroll with yet another 5.6 rated 3* kid yesterday. That's 20 total commits with only four 4* commits, two of which are JUCO.

Lol

Part of me wants him on the field this year.

There are a lot of young lineman on our roster I like.

Out of Kerbs, Jackson, Mack, Jashon & Kendrick....

How would you rank them in order of most likely to lose their job to most secure?

1. Mack - Coleman is knocking loudly
2. Kendrick - still hasn't earned stability at his position. But he looks big and his teammates seem to trust in him.
3. Jackson - veteran. But I don't know how dominant he's proven to be. I'm hoping he takes a big step forward this year.
4. Kerbyson - coaches seem to love him. I would say Jackson is more likely to lose his spot and Kerb would slide in at guard if another tackle emerged.
5 Jashon - youth and valuable experience. Has what the coaches seem to look for. I don't see him going anywhere.

I would say that's pretty fair. I personally think Kendrick is better than Kerby but you're right about the coaches having a soft spot for him. I think barring a major change, Jackson and Jashon are locks for both guard spots.

Drew Richmond is the wildcard. He just looks different from the rest of the tackles. Prototype SEC LT frame, outstanding feet and some of the longest arms you will ever see. He's in MUCH better shape than anticipated.
